ABOUT ME
A little more of Nita
As a person who is passionate about assisting people, the nation, and social organisations, as well as being the owner of Fillers by Nita and a recent advertising and public relations graduate, I am still confused of what I want to do with my life. I've spent the last five years deciding on high school subjects, then sixth form, and finally a university degree, and I've never been clear what I want to do with my life. I'm still unsure 5 years later, with GSCE's, A-Levels, a university degree, and a business!

Fillers by Nita began as an afterthought for me; I've always enjoyed the concept of making men and women feel beautiful through the use of make-up, skincare, or even a basic morning routine. Seeing my mother work in the beauty industry piqued my attention several times, but I never pursued it since I was never sure what I wanted to accomplish with my life. Because of the power of social media these days, I came across an advert for a training course to get into dermal aesthetics as a non-medical professional, so I decided to give it a shot to expand my possibilities and choices.

I learned how much time and effort it takes to work on a campaign during my years at university studying Advertising and Public Relations. Working on social media, trying to target a target audience, coming up with intriguing ideas, and researching what it need to function properly takes a lot of time. I had a lot of fun working on this project because I allowed my mind to wander with ideas when working on campaigns, both individually and in groups, I felt at my most creative. This was a lot of fun and exciting for me to be a part of.

My greatest strength on social media was discovered during my time at university. When I was working on campaigns, social media was a significant element of getting people to notice the brand I was working on. I really like coming up with post ideas and designs. We worked on a student show called the Third Culture Collective during my third year of university to exhibit our originality to the industry. I was a member of the social media team, and one of my responsibilities was to come up with Instagram post ideas. It was something I thoroughly enjoyed doing because I appreciated investigating each of our ideas and determining why they would succeed. If you take a look at our social media page you will see the success we achieved. @thirdculturecollectice21.

Continuing on, I believe that my experiences at university influenced the direction in which I want my business to take. Even though I have no notion what I want to accomplish with my life, I am certain that I enjoy working with social media and want to continue doing so. My final year assignment was to work on my mother's business, Nita Beauty. I had a lot of fun updating her Instagram page with more information for her clients and engaging pictures. I've applied my expertise to my own business, and I believe it's paid off because it's becoming successful and slowly growing.
